Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end data aggregation project delivery from conception to completion.
  • Develop, implement and maintain robust data management and reporting systems for improved efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including specialty pharmacy, hub, distributor, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships built on trust and effective communication.
  • Lead and mentor team members to achieve collective goals and drive growth.
  • Coordinate project finances and deliverables in a timely manner.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited institution.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience with proven expertise in patient and/or payer data management solutions within the pharmaceutical market.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Advanced Python programming skills for efficient data analysis and processing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word) for presentations and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA-compliant data management principles to ensure confidentiality and security.

Soft Skills and Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international matrix environment requiring adaptability and cultural awareness.
