Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior NOC Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network operations, managing and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to clients.

The role involves proactive network maintenance, immediate issue resolution, and supporting enterprise-level communication and messaging solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring disk space, log files, dumps/logs purging, application uptime
  • Capacity management and reporting in case of possible breach of capacity
  • Answering customer emails/calls and providing timely and high-level service
  • Using various tools to quickly verify reported events

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience working with VOIP technologies, including SIP and RTP protocols, as well as A2P SMS technologies, including SMPP and TCP/IP protocols, and proficiency in PCAP analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in VOIP technologies
  • Minimum 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced project management skills
