Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, and scaling of our messaging platforms.

This is a founder's office role, working directly with the founder to architect, build, and scale high-performance APIs, distributed systems, and database optimization.

  • Lead engineering teams in designing and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
  • Develop and mentor junior engineers to foster growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading technical vision and strategy for the engineering team.
  2. Collaborating with product managers to define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
  3. Architecting and implementing high-scale messaging platforms.
  4. Ensuring 99.9% uptime, security, and cost optimization of infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in backend/API-heavy systems.
  • Strong coding skills in PHP/MySQL, plus exposure to Node.js/Go/Python.
  • Experience with high-scale messaging, API security, queues, load balancing.
  • Prior startup or leadership experience preferred.
