Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Managing Partner. This strategic role will play a pivotal part in shaping the firm's direction, operations, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in BPO, Contact Center, Customer Experience, or related industries.
  • Strong record in scaling operations, client acquisition, and managing service delivery.
  • Expertise in P&L management, business expansion, and capital allocation.
  • Familiarity with AI automation, chat/voice bots, CRM/LMS solutions, and digital-first operations.
