
Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist will provide exceptional support to our organization by handling front desk operations, administrative tasks, and guest management duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and transfer calls to relevant personnel or departments as required.
- Manage internal and external communications, ensuring timely updates are provided.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including canteen, housekeeping, and security duties.
- Prepare data related to HR and admin functions, such as overtime and canteen details.
- Assist with other HR and admin-related tasks as needed.
- Scan, print, and file documents accurately.
- Arrange appointments, activities, and schedules efficiently.
- Maintain front office supplies and inventory.
- Welcome guests and visitors warmly.
- Arrange refreshments and amenities as required.
- Coordinate setting arrangements upon confirmation from relevant personnel.
- Lunch arrangement for visitors.
- Ensure stock levels of tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, etc. are maintained.
- Manage crockery items in the pantry, including mugs, cups, and guest lunch sets.
- Monitor chocolate stock against Wow cards.
- Oversee the daily work of the office boy during guest visits and in-office.
- Review and process monthly tea invoices.
- Record courier entries daily and dispatch accordingly.
- Distribute couriers to designated individuals and maintain records.
- Review and settle monthly courier invoices.
- Provide courier details as requested.
- Resolve any courier-related issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate library registers and issue books to employees.
- Send reminders after due dates and motivate employees to read.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of experience in an administrative or reception role and demonstrate proficient English communication skills (speaking and writing).
