About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in a voice process role.

The role involves direct interaction with investors, shareholders, and stakeholders to provide timely, accurate, and consistent communication regarding company performance, strategy, and market updates.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound voice calls with investors and stakeholders.
  • Providing information about the company's financial performance, market updates, and other relevant investor communication.
  • Supporting investor inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
  • Assisting in organizing investor calls, earnings calls, and quarterly updates.
  • Maintaining records of investor communications in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with finance, corporate communications, and compliance teams for accurate dissemination of information.
  • Escalating critical investor queries to leadership.
  • Ensuring compliance with governance norms during communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or postgraduate in finance, business administration, commerce, or related field.
  • Freshers with 1 year of experience in voice process/customer interaction roles, preferably in BFSI, investor relations, or financial services.
  • Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, market terminology, and corporate performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Prior experience in investor relations, equity research, or financial communication.
  • Knowledge of stock market regulations and corporate governance.
  • Exposure to CRM tools and call management software.
