About the Role

Pramana, a cutting-edge company based in Cambridge, MA (USA), is seeking a Senior Engineer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for determining operational feasibility, developing and implementing solutions, and improving operations by conducting systems analysis.

  • Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
  • Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
  • Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience in software development using Python and C++
  • Experience designing interactive applications
  • Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL
  • Experience with test-driven development
  • Proficiency in software engineering tools

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent is required.
