Job Overview:

The role of Senior Learning and Development Professional entails delivering high-impact training programs, activity-based training, peer-to-peer learning, buddy training and mentorship, hands-on coaching and OJT, and engaging online training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs for sales and business development teams across UK, AU, and EU regions.
  • Run dynamic, activity-driven sessions where participants learn by doing not just listening.
  • Create structured forums for team members to share, practice, and grow together.
  • Drive the buddy system to provide new hires with a strong supportive start.
  • Be on the floor with the team providing real-time coaching that translates directly into execution.
  • Lead interactive virtual sessions on sales skills product knowledge communication and closing plus refreshers to keep skills sharp.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive results.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills able to make complex things simple.
  • Ability to design and run engaging online learning sessions.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills across activity-based peer-driven and hands-on training.
What We Offer:

This is a Work-From-Office (WFO) position based out of our Pune office. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience as a sales trainer and a strong background in GenAI and LLM-based content development.
