Our organization seeks a dynamic and skilled Associate to take on the role of Training and Placement.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with students, recruiters, and cross-functional teams to facilitate the smooth execution of placement activities and events.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing student progress and providing regular feedback to enhance employability.
  • Developing resumes, preparing students for interviews, and guiding them in job search strategies.

To succeed in this position, candidates must possess:

  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students and stakeholders.
  • A passion for guiding and mentoring students in their career development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and collaborate with teams.
  • Ability to analyze student progress and align job roles with their skills and aspirations.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) is required.
  • A fundamental understanding of digital marketing concepts is essential.

Eligible candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in any field and have prior experience in career counseling, training, or placement services. Only residents of Mumbai are eligible for this opportunity.
