Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Career Advisor - Automotive to join our team. As a Career Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to customers.


About the Role:

The Career Advisor - Automotive will play a key role in assisting customers with their vehicle-related issues. You will work closely with our service centers, mechanics, and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer problems.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information and solutions regarding warranty coverage, claims, and service processes.
  • Raising and tracking warranty claims, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Offering first-level technical troubleshooting guidance based on customer feedback.
  • Following up with customers until the issue is resolved and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Maintaining records of all interactions, complaints, issues, and solutions using CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Graduate degree (any stream); preference to candidates with automotive or technical background.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, automotive services, or warranty handling is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English; other regional languages are a plus.
  • BASIC understanding of vehicle systems or prior experience in an auto-related role is an advantage.
