Architectural Project Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural principles and be able to create detailed diagrams using AutoCAD. This individual should have an in-depth knowledge of project completion processes and be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

This candidate should also be able to conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed plans and drawings outlining the architectural design of projects
  • Utilize knowledge of engineering, mathematics, and materials to produce high-quality finished products
  • Conduct site evaluations to guarantee quality work and adherence to safety standards
  • Oversee and provide recommendations throughout the entire construction process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project goals, schedules, and timelines
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial office space is required
  • Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
