Lead Data Extraction Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our data extraction efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in IT scraping, with at least 2 years leading a team of 5+ developers.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable data scraping solutions using tools like Scrapy and Python libraries. They will also lead and mentor a team of 5+ developers, managing project timelines and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Scraping Expertise: Design and develop efficient data scraping solutions to extract relevant information from various sources.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 5+ developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Technical Proficiency: Develop and maintain advanced technical skills, including proficiency in Python, Scrapy, and other related tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring seamless project execution.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Data Scraping: Minimum 4 years of experience in IT scraping industry
  • Leadership: Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team of 5+ developers
  • Scraping Tools: Scrapy, Threading, requests, web automation
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced Python, Captcha solving, Source reverse engineering, Proxy management & IP rotation, App automation, SSL Unpin, Frida, API Management, Version Control Systems, Error Handling, SQL, MongoDB, Pandas
  • Leadership Skills: Basic project management, Moderate documentation, Team handling, Pressure management, Flexibility and adaptability, High accountability
Preferred (Good to Have):
  • Experience with Linux
  • Knowledge of Appium, Fiddler, Burp Suite
