Senior Infrastructure Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned infrastructure professional to spearhead the design and implementation of scalable infrastructure solutions. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of infrastructure strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a senior technical contributor and coach the team on technical matters.
- Provide consultancy and solutions to customers irrespective of product stack used.
- Drive technical discussions and stand-ups for key deliverables.
- Identify toil and develop automated solutions with reduced effort.
- Troubleshoot level 3 kind of issues for all listed technologies.
- Experience with AWS Cloud, DevOps, and pipeline using Github actions.
- Proficient in Python language.
- Sound knowledge of different file transfer protocols like FTP, FTPs, SFTP, S3 & Connect:Direct.
- Aware about end-to-end transfer architecture including DMZ & basic working knowledge of load-balancer and firewalls.
- Plan, coordinate, and apply patch/upgrade of FTP software's to latest/required level.
- Coordinate and perform OS & DB maintenance activities.
- Certificate Management involving CSR generation, cert issuing, cert implementation and validation.
- Work on service requests & user fulfilment related to provisioning, deployments, assistance, etc.
- Provide on-call support for priority issues.
- Understanding of vulnerabilities and how to fix them as per security guidelines.
- Perform Disaster Recovery.
- Know audit requirements and how to coordinate & fulfill them.
