The Role

This is a full-time remote position for a Recruiter at Level-up. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization.

You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on the hiring process. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting interviews, managing job postings, and maintaining candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
  • Candidate Screening & Selection: Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit. Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on the hiring process.
  • Process Management: Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
Requirements
  • Experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.
  • Knowledge of recruitment platforms and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Understanding of clinical nutrition, lifestyle nutrition, or exercise is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
