Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations across modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, etc.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and communication cadence in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Facilitate kickoff sessions, governance, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
  • Manage scope changes and financials under fixed-price agreements, ensuring timely change order process and profitability alignment.
Qualifications:
  • 5‑8 years of IT project management experience with a minimum of 2 years focused on ServiceNow/integrations.
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow modules and PPM tools like MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, report project health metrics, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.
  • PMP or similar certification preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
