Job Title: Sales Manager for Gold Loans


Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager for Gold Loans to join our Consumer Banking team at DBS Bank. As a Sales Manager for Gold Loans, you will be responsible for growing and managing the Gold Loan Business for the Bank. You will lead a team of sales executives and work closely with branch staff to drive gold loan customers for fulfillment, profitability, and employee development.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Recruit, hire, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and grow the Gold Loan business.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and expand the Gold Loan portfolio.
  • Work closely with branch staff to drive gold loan customers for fulfillment and increase profitability.
  • Monitor sales team performance and provide coaching and training to improve sales skills and achieve sales targets.
  • Report to senior management on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:



  • Five to ten years of experience in sales and leadership roles, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with branch staff and sales executives.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of the banking industry and gold loan products, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
