Job Title: Senior Home Loan Sales Lead

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Lead to spearhead our Home Loan sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales planning, effective channel partner management, and coaching and mentoring sales teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the Direct Selling Agent (DSA) channel to maximize lead generation and conversion.
  • Build, motivate, and lead high-performing sales teams and networks of DSA partners to achieve desired business outcomes and targets.
  • Maintain productive relationships with channel partners and customers, including existing DSAs and potential new partners.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members and DSA partners to enhance their skills and drive business results.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities within the DSA segment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales leadership with expertise in lead generation and sales within the Home Loan business, specifically with DSA channel management.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales plans that drive business growth and meet or exceed targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with channel partners and customers.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive for achieving business outcomes and targets.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex sales environments.
