Enterprise Sales Manager - Government Segment

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to lead our enterprise IT sales efforts across government departments, PSUs, and system integrators.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling enterprise solutions, including servers, storage, networking, data center solutions, and cybersecurity offerings. They should be adept at managing end-to-end sales cycles-right from lead generation to closure-while building and nurturing strategic relationships with key decision-makers.

A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential. The role demands a deep understanding of customer IT infrastructure requirements and the ability to align them with appropriate solutions.

Candidates should have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with the ability to collaborate with OEMs and channel partners.

Preference will be given to individuals with exposure to large government tenders, rate contracts, and empanelment processes, and those who bring existing relationships within the target segment.

While educational background is not a constraint, demonstrated field sales success in the enterprise IT space is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closure
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Collaborate with OEMs and channel partners to drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer IT infrastructure requirements
Requirements:
  • Strong background in selling enterprise solutions
  • 5+ years of proven field sales experience in the government and PSU segment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build strategic relationships
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT solutions, including servers, storage, networking, and cybersecurity
