Job Title: Client Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Support Professional. As the primary point of contact for customers, this role requires exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person, providing timely resolutions to their issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide accurate product or service information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the system, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve escalated issues, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, consistently delivering excellent service.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service, reinforcing our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred, demonstrating a strong educational foundation.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory, offering flexibility in our hiring process.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively, showcasing emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, or basic computer applications, leveraging technology to enhance performance.
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail (for non-voice roles), ensuring accuracy and efficiency in documentation.
