
Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to assume the role of Client Support Specialist.
This position serves as the first point of contact for US-based clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive client experience.
Main Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for US clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints while ensuring a positive client experience.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate department in a timely manner.
- Buildeffective relationships with clients by understanding their needs.
- Meet performance metrics related to response time, client satisfaction, and issue resolution.
- Stay updated with industry knowledge and company products to assist clients effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in client-facing roles (experience with US clients is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work in US time zones.
- Prior experience in BPO, IT, SaaS, or client support roles.
- Knowledge of client success practices and retention strategies.
