Solution Manager

Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in solution development and management. They will collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement enhancements for Kinaxis, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop solution designs that meet client needs.
- Develop and manage delivery plans, including resource allocation, priority setup, and scheduling to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Manage internal and external resources, overseeing the deployment process to ensure minimal disruptions to business operations.
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve bugs and implement upgrades, ensuring continuous improvement of the Kinaxis solution.
