Job Opportunity: Proposal and Bid Manager

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in securing high-value contracts by overseeing the entire bid process from initial opportunity identification to final submission, ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.

  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify new business opportunities and create impactful strategies for business proposals.
  • Develop compelling value propositions that clearly articulate OLIVER's capabilities, leveraging in-house expertise, Gen AI, and creative resources.
  • Collaborate closely with global teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Implement Gen AI in research tasks and day-to-day activities to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Craft engaging case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
  • Ensure bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Track bid performance metrics, analyze win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
  • Proven track record of winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
  • Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Gen AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.
  • Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing).
