Senior Technical Program Manager Role

This role involves delivering a consistently world-class customer experience by eliminating execution roadblocks, managing risks, and driving delivery excellence with a strong lens on scalability, reliability, and business outcomes.

As Senior Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in the success of our platform engineering team by partnering with engineering, product, design, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to drive the delivery and execution of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive project timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment across all levels, fostering transparent communication around shared outcomes and customer expectations.
  • Own dependencies (cross-stream) and risks early, mitigating them before they become a crisis, ensuring smooth execution of complex programs or programs with cross-stream dependencies.
  • Facilitate technical discussions around architectural trade-offs, scaling challenges, and system performance, unblocking teams and ensuring good practices and light-touch processes accelerate from planning, execution, to launch and successful landing.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a TPM role, preferably in an enterprise SaaS/Cloud architecture, with a strong technical foundation in System Design and Architecture, Distributed systems and microservices architecture, API design principles (REST, GraphQL, gRPC), Performance, Scalability, and Security.
  • Experience in establishing and driving engineering productivity metrics and transformation, ability to manage fast-changing priorities, bring clarity to ambiguity, common in AI development cycles, and proficient in leveraging AI tools and LLM-based solutions to enhance program efficiency, automation, and team productivity.
  • Deep expertise in Agile and Lean methodologies, with experience driving their adoption across large-scale, cross-functional programs, skilled in configuring and automating complex workflows and dashboards in project management tools like Jira, with proficiency in JQL.
