Job Title: Executive for Administrative Support
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative assistance to the Finance and Operations teams.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Preparing, verifying, and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconciling discrepancies in invoices and resolving queries with internal teams/vendors.
- Maintaining invoice records and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Assisting in preparing month-end invoicing reports and supporting documentation for audits.
- Following up with clients/vendors for pending payments or clarifications.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in office administration and vendor coordination.
- Graduation plus relevant administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in office software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Competency in the Microsoft Office suite encompassing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- Proficiency in MIS development and management.
