As our first AI hire and a foundational member of the team, you will design the master blueprint for our interconnected AI systems and build the core intelligence that powers our competitive advantage.

Who You Are

  • A Visionary Systems Builder: 5+ years of experience designing, architecting, and deploying complex machine learning systems from the ground up.
  • An Expert in Modern AI Stacks: Deep expertise with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
  • A Hands-On Architect: Proficient in Python and its ML ecosystem (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face) and comfortable writing code to bring architectural vision to life on cloud platforms.
  • A Strategic, Systems-Level Thinker: Thinking in terms of scalable, resilient, and elegant systems.
  • A True Owner: Thriving in a startup environment where you have full ownership.
