- Designing and implementing solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations">
- Leading meetings and providing thought leadership to present portfolio and technical solutions to internal and external clients and partners">
- Participating in pre-bidding decision-making efforts and reviewing preliminary drawings and specifications">
- Actively developing innovative solutions and programs to enhance business opportunities">
- Assisting account managers in closing opportunities and leading multidisciplinary teams to develop cost summaries and proposals for complex projects">
- Implementing and recommending improvements to methodologies, core competencies, and processes for deployment engineering to ensure stable and quality product and service delivery consistent with company objectives and client expectations">

Required Skills and Qualifications
">The ideal candidate will have:
">- Strong technical skills and knowledge of network infrastructure, edge device cabling, campus and inner-building backbone cabling, paging and sound masking systems, and data center buildout">
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively correspond with all levels of a client organization">
- Ability to read and understand telecommunications plans and Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Standards">
- Proven reliability and dependability demonstrated through completing tasks on time and with minimal supervision">
- Demonstrated experience of continuously expanding and leveraging knowledge of technology, market, and industry trends with success in identifying, recommending best practices and methodologies">
