**Job Title:** Senior Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our team. As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to support the development of our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, including their functionality, features, and technical requirements.

  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to inform technical decisions and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and version control systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, APIs, and data integration platforms.
