Business Development Associate
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating deals. Your strong communication skills, combined with your ability to work independently and as part of a team, will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in product sales, inside sales, or sales coordination.
  • You will be responsible for generating new leads through phone calls with fabricators, PEB manufacturers, dealers, architects, builders, and civil contractors.
  • Your strong negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling skills will enable you to close deals and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • You will also be responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Any degree.
