Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Senior Manager/ Chief Manager in our Wealth Management team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, along with strong analytical and numerical abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and providing solutions to clients based on their requirements, conducting timely and regular follow-ups with leads and tagging them on broadcasts and news articles, increasing the client base by meeting new clients, taking references from existing investors, and building Assets Under Management (AUM), initiating portfolio reviews of existing investors in a timely manner, upselling and cross-selling products to existing investors and keeping them updated on primary and secondary market trends, sharing regular updates with investors regarding schemes, research papers, etc., coordinating regular marketing activities with the regional marketing team and product team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Development: Develop and provide solutions to clients based on their requirements
  2. Lead Follow-up: Conduct timely and regular follow-ups with leads and tag them on broadcasts and news articles
  3. Client Acquisition: Increase the client base by meeting new clients, taking references from existing investors, and building AUM
  4. Portfolio Review: Initiate portfolio reviews of existing investors in a timely manner
  5. Upselling/Cross-Selling: Upsell and cross-sell products to existing investors and keep them updated on primary and secondary market trends
  6. Investor Updates: Share regular updates with investors regarding schemes, research papers, etc.
  7. Marketing Coordination: Coordinate regular marketing activities with the regional marketing team and product team

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning, and Investment Advisory
  • Certifications: Possession of requisite certifications is an added advantage
  • Knowledge: Exposure to all wealth instruments, including insurance, Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services, Alternative Investment Funds, etc.
  • AUM Generation: A proven track record of AUM generation
  • AUM Size: AUM size minimum 30 cr
