Our company is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Security Officer to join our team. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving the enterprise-wide security strategy, ensuring resilience, compliance, and trust across our global payments infrastructure.
This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and a strong knowledge of the Payments, FinTech, and Web3 industries. You should have expertise in areas such as data protection, fraud prevention, and AML/KYC/KYT compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will own and drive the enterprise-wide security program, aligning policies and controls with global standards (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, DORA, NIST, MAS, FCA, RBI). They will define frameworks for customer data protection, fraud monitoring, and secure payment APIs.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for audit readiness, managing relationships with regulators, banks, and compliance partners across regions. They will ensure adherence to AML/KYC/KYT, PSD2, and local payment regulations in operating geographies.
The Chief Information Security Officer will lead global SOC functions—incident response, forensics, penetration testing, and threat intelligence. They will ensure resilience across cloud, APIs, wallets, and banking connectors with 24/7 monitoring.
This role involves hiring, mentoring, and scaling a world-class InfoSec, compliance, and fraud prevention team. The successful candidate will build a security by design culture across engineering, product, and operations.
They will evaluate and integrate cutting-edge tools for real-time transaction monitoring, AI-driven risk scoring, and fraud detection. Additionally, they will embed DevSecOps practices across global product engineering teams.
