Job Description:

  • Customer Service Representative Role

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Performing inbound calls/chats from wire transfer customers and agents.
  • Taking inbound calls per day from the customers.
  • Answering a wide range of inquiries and solving customer service issues and problems.
  • Processing customer orders and ensuring their accuracy and completion.
  • Participating in continuous training sessions and sharing best practices.
  • Showing good oral and written skills for call escalation via call sheet completion or call escalation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (Result Awaited Can Apply)
  • Freshers with graduation can apply.
  • Excellent Written & Communication Skills in English.
  • Should be comfortable in night shifts and rotational week offs.
  • Ability to model corporate values such as respect, courage, passion, teamwork, and integrity.
  • Working Model: 24*7 (Office Work).
  • Candidate should be comfortable with relocation to job location - Noida.
