We're seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our team, responsible for designing and implementing backend infrastructure and APIs. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, expertise in building complex systems, and experience with AI/ML applications.

About the Role

  • Design and implement scalable, distributed systems using microservices, event-driven architecture, and principles like the CAP theorem and fault tolerance.
  • Possess a deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and AI integration into production systems with real-world performance trade-off understanding.
  • Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning and understanding of model interpretability and responsible AI practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot, Python, Android, and containerised deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in software development with strong problem-solving skills and expertise in building complex systems.
  • Proven expertise in building end-to-end AI/ML applications using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, with strong MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
  • Solid foundation in object-oriented design and design patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful services, Kafka-based messaging, multithreading, and inter-process communication.
