Senior Data Systems Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Systems Lead to lead our advanced data systems delivery team.

About the Role:

The Senior Data Systems Lead will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of high-performance, scalable data solutions. This includes designing and implementing robust data architectures, ensuring compliance with NFRs and SLAs, and managing a team of data engineers and architects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of advanced data systems for mission-critical Tier 1 applications
  • Design and implement data architectures that support scalability, fault tolerance, and high availability
  • Manage a team of data engineers and architects to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, platform, AI, and product teams to align on system design and performance goals

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in data architecture and engineering
  • At least 7 years of experience in delivering advanced data systems or similar solutions
  • Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
