Job Summary

A Culinary Professional is responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists.

This includes portioning, chopping, and storing food, as well as weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related work experience.

They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 25 pounds without assistance, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
  2. Portion, chop, and store food, as well as weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  4. Work effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
