Workplace Experience Contractor Job Description

The Workplace Experience Contractor is responsible for overseeing the management of workspace facilities to ensure they are clean, safe and well-maintained.

This role offers the opportunity to manage office operations, lead expansion projects and drive community initiatives. The ideal candidate values structure, proactive support and operational excellence within a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage workspace facilities including cleaning, safety and maintenance
  • Lead office expansion projects and new space fit-outs aligned with company standards
  • Build and execute a calendar of social, wellness, volunteering and community events
  • Manage vendor relationships for cleaners, building management and suppliers
  • Support workplace wellbeing initiatives to foster a positive environment

Key responsibilities include coordinating with building management and IT teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in workplace experience, office management, facilities or hospitality events management. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities are required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in facilities management, office administration or related field
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with budgeting and cost control principles
