Were Hiring: Co-Working Space Manager

Indiranagar, Bangalore | Full-time | 1+ Year Experience

At Workaplace, we dont just rent out spaces we create vibrant hubs where ideas grow, deals are made, and people connect. Now, were looking for a go-getter who can sell out spaces, keep clients happy, and run operations like clockwork.

Your Mission (if you choose to accept it):

- Sell & lease co-working spaces to individuals, startups, and companies
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and creative marketing
- Manage leasing agreements, renewals & client relationships
- Supervising interior fit-out projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards
- Oversee daily operations from reception to housekeeping to vendors
- Maintaining the space to high facility standards and ensuring smooth functioning

What Youll Need to Succeed:

- 1+ year in co-working, real estate, or facility management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for layout review & planning
- Familiarity with CRM tools for sales and client tracking
- Sales, negotiation & communication skills that seal the deal
- Organizational skills + leadership to manage teams & vendors
