Senior Software Test Analyst

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with strong analytical skills and experience in manual testing and functional testing principles. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of SQL and database validations, as well as experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworks. They will also be able to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum teams.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of QA/testing experience in a SaaS environment and will be comfortable working on cutting-edge applications with real-world impact. They will also be eager to learn and grow in automation and AI-driven QA environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform functional and manual testing for web-based SaaS applications.
• Write and execute test cases, create and maintain test documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Design and implement automated tests using Playwright (preferred) or similar tools.
• Understand and test database queries, ensuring data integrity and backend validations.
• Log and track issues using JIRA and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Contribute to testing strategies involving AI-powered components.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance standards are met.
Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of manual testing principles and functional testing.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database validations.
• Experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworks.
• Understanding of AI/ML-based workflows in applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA/YouTrack,GitHub,Jenkins.
