Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of software products.

You will work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to refine requirements and define test scenarios. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify and document bugs, defects, and performance issues using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello.

Your expertise in manual testing, test automation, and API testing will allow you to develop comprehensive test plans and execute them efficiently. You will also analyze test results and provide detailed reports with actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, executing, and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and API-based applications. A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with 4+ years of professional experience in software testing.

A strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC, proficiency in SQL queries for database validation, and familiarity with bug tracking tools are essential. Understanding of Agile methodologies and excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also necessary.

Experience in mobile application testing and relevant certifications in Quality Assurance are a plus.
