Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Learning Experience Manager to join our luxury brand's team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis to design and implement training calendars and schedules aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training modules, including 'Train-the-Trainer' programs, coaching plans, and product/service immersion sessions.
  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness, using key performance indicators (KPIs), feedback, and mystery shopping results to refine programs and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with retail leadership—including boutique managers, sales teams, and learning and development (L&D) partners—to implement impactful training and maintain brand consistency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in luxury retail training, ideally in boutique environments and L&D roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, deliver, and manage training programs across product knowledge, customer service, and coaching techniques.
  • Strong strategic mindset with experience tracking performance analytics, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
