Job Description

Build and Nurture Client Relationships

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. This includes identifying new business opportunities and growing existing client relationships through effective sales strategies.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of mortgage products and services, conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments, and provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Meet Ambitious Sales Targets

You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by achieving ambitious goals, requiring strong knowledge of retail mortgages, sales, and relationship management principles.
