Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Job Description

This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of various projects, ensuring smooth progress and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (EHS, R&D, Clinical, Patent, CQA, CRA, Plant, SCM, Finance) for project success.
  • Support business development team in query resolution and product management.
  • Monitor and escalate project scope, budget, and timelines as needed.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including charter, stage gate, and action logs.
  • Coordinate technical transfer activities with other sites.
  • Contribute to proposal preparation and finalization by collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop presentations on facilities and client visits.
  • Assist in regulatory support for ANDA submissions and response to queries.
  • Invoice customers for CDMO projects, including pass-through costs.
  • Support site-specific business cases.
  • Review and finalize quality agreements, contracts, and other documents as required.
  • Host and coordinate client meetings at the site.
  • Organize project meetings with clients and internal stakeholders according to agreed schedules.
  • Draft agendas and minutes for initiated meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications

M. Pharm/M. Sc./MBA degree

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
