About This Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented customer support professional to provide exceptional service to our clients. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience from initial interaction to final satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
- Effectively manage and resolve issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders.
- Process and manage customer orders on our e-commerce platform, including handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Act as the main liaison between our shipping vendors, working collaboratively to track down and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
- Proactively identify potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.
- Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of proven experience in ecommerce operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent written and spoken English
