Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Management Professional to drive our Process Modeling initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vision and Strategy: Establish a clear vision for Business Process Improvement and lead the organization towards this goal.
  • Process Optimization: Anticipate organizational needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and prioritize against business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process enhancement and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Process Governance: Develop and manage a robust process governance model integrated into the overall Business Operations ecosystem.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Process Management (including process modeling) or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of Business Process Management methodologies (including BPMN 2.0), tools, and best practices.
