We are seeking a seasoned Senior Process Manager to lead our Order-to-Cash (OTC) team. In this key role, you will oversee the entire order lifecycle, manage a team of specialists and subject matter experts, and drive optimal team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team of OTC specialists and SMEs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Process Ownership: Oversee the entire order lifecycle, including order processing, customer query resolution, deal progression, invoicing, and escalations.
  • Mentorship and Development: Coach and mentor team members, providing continuous feedback, performance assessments, and opportunities for skill development.
  • Escalation Management: Handle escalated issues, ensuring they are resolved effectively and with minimal impact on operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in OTC processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of the entire order lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to ensure efficient and accurate process execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
