Our organization seeks a seasoned leader to drive strategic transformation across its P&C insurance business in North America, the UK, and Australia. The Senior Vice President of Transformation will spearhead modernization initiatives for processes, platforms, data capabilities, and AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Transformation Office with full accountability for driving process excellence (PEX) and ensuring timely execution of strategic efficiency and/or business outcome projects.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with regional business goals and regulatory frameworks.
  • Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across all domains.
  • Re-engineer inefficient processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of core platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Salesforce) across regions.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within Insurance Industry preferably P&C domain.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies in IT/ITES BPO Organization.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital technologies in North America, UK, and Australia.
  • Experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and advanced analytics tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt)
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) and insurance specific knowledge (e.g., AINS, CIP)
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and insurance-specific data models.

Location: This position is based in Bareilly, India.
