Job Title: Demand Planning Specialist

 

About the Role:

As a Demand Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts to support business strategies.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and product availability.

Key responsibilities include analyzing historical data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform forecasting decisions.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting in consumer goods, food & beverage, or manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with statistical modeling and data analysis is essential.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, S4 Hana, and JDE is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Optimization (SCO) processes is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
  • Ability to work effectively with global Sales and Marketing teams is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
