About Agile Team Facilitator Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Team Facilitator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping us achieve our goals through agile methodologies.

As an Agile Team Facilitator, your primary focus will be on facilitating Planning Increment (PI) events, Scrum ceremonies, and Agile coaching for high-performing teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Facilitation & Agile Coaching:
    • Facilitate PI events, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
    • Coach the team on Agile best practices, Lean thinking, and SAFe principles.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and team empowerment.
  • Delivery & Execution Support:
    • Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
    • Ensure sprint goals are met and aligned with ART-level PI Objectives.
    • Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to maintain a healthy backlog.
  • SAFe & ART Alignment:
    • Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer to ensure cross-team alignment.
    • Support the team in meeting ART-level commitments and improving flow metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • 2+ years working in a SAFe environment, ideally within an Agile Release Train.
  • Experience supporting teams building AI/ML or data-driven products.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, team health) and tools (Craft, Jira, Confluence, Miro).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) and/or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM / SASM).
  • Background in data science, AI/ML, or software engineering is a plus.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as banking or fintech.
  • Understanding of MLOps, model governance, and AI lifecycle management.
