We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Account Manager Intern to serve as the primary liaison between our organization and client ArcelorMittal Construction India Pvt Ltd.
About Us:
- We are a young, creative, and committed communication company that aims to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
- Our portfolio includes prominent clients such as startups and corporates like Mercedes Benz, ITC, Aditya Birla Group, TATA Group, MTV, IHCL, Jaquar, Sobha Simple Energy, and Godrej amongst others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between our organization and client ArcelorMittal Construction India Pvt Ltd.
- Understand the client's communication requirements, marketing needs, and business objectives.
- Coordinate and relay client feedback to the internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
- Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and approvals for ongoing projects.
- Participate in client meetings, prepare reports, and maintain clear documentation of communications.
- Support in brainstorming and developing strategic ideas that align with the client's goals.
- Evaluate client satisfaction by addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
