Gracelands is a leading real estate developer in Central India, specializing in residential and commercial plotted developments across prime locations. Over the last decade, they have completed over 30 plotted township projects, driven by their core values of trust, transparency, and execution.

This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining a digital presence strategy and calendar aligned with marketing and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and maintain a social media content strategy and calendar aligned with marketing and sales goals.
    • Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Content Creation & Editing:
    • Create, edit, and publish engaging static posts, reels, and video content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
    • Ensure all content reflects Gracelands' brand identity and storytelling.
  • Copywriting & Communication:
    • Write compelling ad copies, captions, and blog posts that educate, inform, and drive action.
    • Adapt messaging for different audiences (investors, homebuyers, community members).
  • Campaign Management:
    • Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
    • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, CPL) and suggest optimizations.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and online reviews to foster trust and credibility.
    • Build and engage with a community of homebuyers and investors around Gracelands' projects.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong content creation and editing skills, including graphic design and video editing.
  • Excellent command of English writing for ads, captions, and blogs.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, paid ads, and analytics tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
