Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic individual as a Social Media Scriptwriter & Content Strategist. This role demands creative scriptwriting expertise combined with deep social media understanding and content strategy knowledge.

You'll develop engaging scripts for various long-form social media formats, contribute to overall content planning, creation, and distribution strategy, and analyze performance data and audience feedback to adapt scripts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Scriptwriting & Content Creation:
  • Develop original, compelling scripts for social media videos that resonate with our target audience.
  • Craft engaging dialogue, narratives, and formats that drive viewership and engagement.
  • Adapt scripts based on performance data and audience feedback.
Social Media Strategy & Management:
  • Develop and execute social media content strategies to enhance platform growth and audience engagement.
  • Analyze competitor activities and social media trends to create content strategy and optimize performance.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned social media channels, ensuring smooth execution.
Team Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless content production and distribution.
  • Facilitate project synchronization to maintain cohesive progress across team members.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and responsibility for all tasks, ensuring thorough management.
  • Analyze social media performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Passion for social media platforms and a strong understanding of their functionality and best practices.
  • Strong storytelling principles, character development, and dialogue skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Office Suite.
